| Hi! I'm very interested in going vegan and I was just wondering, is it true that there are that are ideal blood types for going vegan? |

No, it is not true. Blood type diet is basically a steaming hot pile of pseudoscience. I'm sure there is a great variety of blood types amongst the people posting here and we are all doing fine.
Where did you hear about this vegan blood type thing? |

I think it's O type that's supposed to thrive on meat and not do very well on veg diets, but I've done a quick poll of my veg friends and many/most of us are O blood type and doing great!
I fail to see how a couple of antigens on the surface of an un nucleated cell determines the very food we eat, especially considering that populations that have evolved on varied diets have also had a varied blood type range within each population.
I really don't give the blood type diet the time of day... |
